Georgian Tradition Meets Contemporary Chic: Hotel 7 is a new Boutique Hotel located in the heart of Ireland’s capital city – Dublin. Our client Hotel 7 is part of the Maldrom Hotels & Partners, Dalata Hotel Group PLC and it has a total of 51 Contemporary Bedrooms.

The demand for bathroom solutions for people with special needs is steadily growing. In contrast to the past, however, today's solutions are required to combine comfort and function with a stylish design. That is why in Hotel 7 we used Universal design products that allow the user to readapt the environment to their needs.

The project was executed in conjunction with the designer Zachary Harpur and completed in September 2018. The installation included accessible rooms and the public bathroom. The feedback from the guest and the management of the hotel has been favourable as expected. The shower area, toilet area and washbasin area in the bathrooms has the flexibility to be height and sideways adjustable according to each user.

All accessories are attached to our track and cover system allowing this hotel boutique to turn the rooms into a standard in just minutes maximizing the occupancy. Our long-term solution allows hotels to obtain a return on investment within 3 months making us the smart choice.

Moreover, it is with pleasure to mention that this year Hotel 7 is also the winner of the award as the best new city boutique hotel 2019, enhancing the guest experience.
